Ann Weiser Cornell teaches at least one Inner Relationship Focusing class per year in Hamburg. Normally, we have international groups with participants from several countries. 

Prerequisite:

Prerequisite for these seminars is Inner Relationship Focusing Level 2 or completion of Russell Delman's program The Embodied Life. If you already have other Focusing training (e.g. six step), you can take a brief Inner Relationship Focusing tutorial.

Dates and Themes:

Seminar themes included so far e.g. How Focusing can change the People Around You, Presence and Deep Healing, Focusing in Everyday Life, Finding Life-Forward Energy in the Dark Places, Nearer to the Heart's Desire.

Participants and Teaching Language:

Participants come from all over the world, e.g. Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Portugal, France, Italy, Israel, Sweden, Netherland, Lebanon. Teaching Language is English.

Venue:

Seminar venue in Hamburg will be announced in the confirmation email.
